Found My Very First Pair Of Shears Provided For Me Found My Very First Pair Of Shears Provided For Me At Beauty School 😱 When I look back at what I was given to learn to cut with, it staggers me that I even learned to cut at all! It was never going to be easy. My thumb fell through the finger hole to the knuckle, the shears were barely fit to cut paper let alone hair.. it was tough and the struggle was real. But at that time, I didn’t know why... looking back, I know all the reasons why... which is the reason we created our student scissor kit a few years ago. This pic shows how long we’ve been in this industry 😯Where do the years go!!? 💫 When we developed these we had one motivation in mind - CONTROL!! Handles that don’t allow your thumb and finger to fall through the finger holes to the knuckles. Three strong anchor points in the handles for complete stabilisation. Ergonomically correct for body care from the onset.... We saw students go from taking 12 months to learn how to control shears down to only 3 months to where they were really getting it. Not only did they understand what to do but how to do it because they were controlling the shears - The shears weren’t controlling them! I’m proud to say that thousands of students have learned to cut with the Zen Master Student Shears from the time of this inception and still rave about them today.
